Your pathway
We'll start with a free intro session to get to know each other better. No pressure, no commitment. It’s a chance for us to explore your goals, expectations and needs, and see if we’re a good fit.
You can choose from one of our pre-defined programs, or we can set up a personalized plan together.
Our sessions together will include:
- Individual 1:1 coaching sessions (about 60 minutes), online or in person if you’re based in Geneva. We meet regularly and work on what’s most relevant to you — whether it’s managing stress, improving nutrition, building healthier habits, or finding more balance day to day.
- At the end of each session, you’ll leave with a few small steps to try out — nothing extreme, just doable changes that move you forward
- You’ll have regular check-ins to keep momentum going. You update me between sessions, and I offer feedback and encouragement to help you stay on track — gently, and without judgment.
- Discussions on your progress, what’s working and what isn’t
- Handouts, evaluations, coaching & development materials
